WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Experience in organizing international transportation,
- Ease of establishing long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Optimization of freight forwarding costs (ability to negotiate rates, setting transport conditions);
- Taking care of the high quality and punctuality of the executed orders
- knowledge of the transport market
- Organization and day-to-day handling of road forwarding orders.
- Knowledge of a minimum of one foreign language to communicate freely,
- knowledge of transportation exchanges,
- The ability to make decisions under time pressure,
- Diligence, self-reliance and very good work organization,
- Own customer or carrier base welcome.
What your tasks will be:
- supervision and day-to-day handling of transport orders
- planning the work of the vehicle fleet
- monitoring transport from loading to unloading
- constant contact with customers,
- Actively acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships,
- Work on transportation exchanges ( Timocom, Trans, Amazon),
- Supervision of transportation documentation,
- Resolving day-to-day freight issues,
- Taking care of the high quality of transport services offered and their timeliness.
