WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • Communicate freely in English or German, or other foreign language.
  • Experience in independently acquiring foreign customers in B2B relations in the logistics market.
  • Knowledge of the TSL (Transportation, Shipping, Logistics) market and road transport issues.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and plan activities based on Sales Pipeline principles.
  • Self-reliance, organization, efficiency, and desire for professional development.
What your tasks will be:

As a member of the Gwarant Delivery team, you will be responsible for acquiring new foreign clients and building lasting business relationships in the field of international transportation. Your responsibilities include:

    1. Acquisition of New Customers: Your main objective is to identify and acquire new foreign customers in the area of international transportation. You will act based on the company’s strategy.
    2. Execution of Sales Plans: Working with the team, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets in accordance with Gwarant’s budget and sales policies.
    3. Meetings and Quotes: Prepare transportation quotes and quotations, conduct meetings with potential clients, and work proactively to sign a contract with a client.
    4. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions, customizing offers to meet individual customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    5. Relationship Building: Creating lasting and partnering relationships with new customers and maintaining good relationships with Guarantor’s existing customers.
    6. Internal Cooperation: Work closely with international shipping operations and other company departments to ensure effective service delivery.
    7. Participation in Projects: Actively participate in Gwarant’s new projects and monitor the transportation services market and market trends.
